Az-Zumar (The Troops) · Ayah 26

فَأَذَاقَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْخِزْىَ فِى ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا ۖ وَلَعَذَابُ ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ أَكْبَرُ ۚ لَوْ كَانُوا۟ يَعْلَمُونَ 26

So Allāh made them taste disgrace in worldly life. But the punishment of the Hereafter is greater, if they only knew.

فَأَذَاقَهُمُfa-adhāqahumuSo Allah made them
ٱللَّهُl-lahuSo Allah made them
ٱلْخِزْىَl-khiz'yathe disgrace
فِىin
ٱلْحَيَوٰةِl-ḥayatithe life
ٱلدُّنْيَا ۖl-dun'yā(of) the world
دنوd-n-wadjective
وَلَعَذَابُwalaʿadhābuand certainly (the) punishment
ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِl-ākhirati(of) the Hereafter
أَكْبَرُ ۚakbaru(is) greater
كبرk-b-radjective
لَوْlawif
كَانُوا۟kānūthey
يَعْلَمُونَyaʿlamūnaknew
