يَعِدُهُمْ وَيُمَنِّيهِمْ ۖ وَمَا يَعِدُهُمُ ٱلشَّيْطَـٰنُ إِلَّا غُرُورًا 120
He [i.e., Satan] promises them and arouses desire in them. But Satan does not promise them except delusion.
