Ya-Sin (Ya Sin) · Ayah 67

وَلَوْ نَشَآءُ لَمَسَخْنَـٰهُمْ عَلَىٰ مَكَانَتِهِمْ فَمَا ٱسْتَطَـٰعُوا۟ مُضِيًّا وَلَا يَرْجِعُونَ 67

And if We willed, We could have deformed them, [paralyzing them] in their places so they would not be able to proceed, nor could they return.

وَلَوْwalawAnd if
نَشَآءُnashāuWe willed
لَمَسَخْنَـٰهُمْlamasakhnāhumsurely, We (would have) transformed them
عَلَىٰʿalāin
مَكَانَتِهِمْmakānatihimtheir places
فَمَاfamāthen not
ٱسْتَطَـٰعُوا۟is'taṭāʿūthey would have been able
مُضِيًّۭاmuḍiyyanto proceed
وَلَاwalāand not
يَرْجِعُونَyarjiʿūnareturn
