At-Tahrim (The Prohibition) · Ayah 9

يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِىُّ جَـٰهِدِ ٱلْكُفَّارَ وَٱلْمُنَـٰفِقِينَ وَٱغْلُظْ عَلَيْهِمْ ۚ وَمَأْوَىٰهُمْ جَهَنَّمُ ۖ وَبِئْسَ ٱلْمَصِيرُ 9

O Prophet, strive against the disbelievers and the hypocrites and be harsh upon them. And their refuge is Hell, and wretched is the destination.

يَـٰٓأَيُّهَاyāayyuhāO
ٱلنَّبِىُّl-nabiyuProphet
جَـٰهِدِjāhidiStrive
ٱلْكُفَّارَl-kufāra(against) the disbelievers
وَٱلْمُنَـٰفِقِينَwal-munāfiqīnaand the hypocrites
وَٱغْلُظْwa-ugh'luẓand be stern
عَلَيْهِمْ ۚʿalayhimwith them

جَهَنَّمُ ۖjahannamu(is) Hell
