وَأَمَّا مَنْ ءَامَنَ وَعَمِلَ صَـٰلِحًا فَلَهُۥ جَزَآءً ٱلْحُسْنَىٰ ۖ وَسَنَقُولُ لَهُۥ مِنْ أَمْرِنَا يُسْرًا 88
Translations
But as for one who believes and does righteousness, he will have a reward of the best [i.e., Paradise], and we [i.e., Dhul-Qarnayn] will speak to him from our command with ease."
Transliteration
Wa-amma man amana wa-amila salihan falahu jazaan al-husna wa-sanaqulu lahu min amrina yusra
Tafsir (Explanation)
This ayah contrasts the reward for those who believe and perform righteous deeds with the punishment mentioned in the preceding verse. According to classical scholars like Ibn Kathir and Al-Qurtubi, Allah promises such believers the best reward (al-husna) in the afterlife, and in this world, He will grant them ease in His commands and dealings with them.
