إِنَّمَا ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَرْتَابُوا۟ وَجَـٰهَدُوا۟ بِأَمْوَٰلِهِمْ وَأَنفُسِهِمْ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ ۚ أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلصَّـٰدِقُونَ 15
Translations
The believers are only the ones who have believed in Allāh and His Messenger and then doubt not but strive with their properties and their lives in the cause of Allāh. It is those who are the truthful.
Transliteration
Innama al-mu'minuna alladhina amanu billahi wa rasulih, thumma lam yartabu, wa jahadu bi-amwalihim wa anfusihim fi sabilillah. Ula'ika humu as-sadiqun.

This ayah defines true believers (mu'minun) as those who have complete faith in Allah and His Messenger without doubt, and who strive with their wealth and lives in the path of Allah.
