ذَٰلِكُمْ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مُوهِنُ كَيْدِ ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ 18

That [is so], and [also] that Allāh will weaken the plot of the disbelievers.

ذَٰلِكُمْdhālikumThat (is the case)
