وَنَجَّيْنَـٰهُ وَلُوطًا إِلَى ٱلْأَرْضِ ٱلَّتِى بَـٰرَكْنَا فِيهَا لِلْعَـٰلَمِينَ 71
Translations
And We delivered him and Lot to the land which We had blessed for the worlds [i.e., peoples].
Transliteration
Wa najjaynahu wa Loota ila al-ardi allati baraknaa fiha lil-'alameen
Tafsir (Explanation)
This ayah refers to Allah's salvation of Prophet Ibrahim and his nephew Prophet Lut from the persecution they faced, directing them towards the blessed land of Syria (Ash-Sham).
