Tafsir (Explanation)
This ayah means 'And what is in the hearts will be made known' or 'the secrets of hearts will be revealed.' On the Day of Judgment, all hidden intentions, thoughts, and secrets that people concealed in their hearts will be exposed and laid bare before Allah. Classical scholars like Al-Tabari and Ibn Kathir emphasize this as a reminder of divine omniscience and the futility of hiding one's true intentions from Allah, as He is the All-Knowing (Al-'Alīm).
Revelation Context

This ayah concludes the surah's theme by emphasizing that Allah's knowledge encompasses all hidden matters, reinforcing the certainty of the Resurrection and the impossibility of concealing one's deeds or intentions from Him.
