إِنَّ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ فِى جَنَّـٰتٍ وَعُيُونٍ 15
Translations
Indeed, the righteous will be among gardens and springs,
Transliteration
Inna al-muttaqīna fī jannātinwa wa-uyūn
Tafsir (Explanation)
This ayah declares that the God-fearing (al-muttaqīn) will dwell in gardens and springs in Paradise, emphasizing the immediate reward awaiting the righteous. Classical scholars like Ibn Kathir and Al-Qurtubi note this represents both the physical and spiritual blessings of Jannah, where gardens symbolize beauty and abundance while springs (uyūn) represent freshness, life, and the fulfillment of all desires. Our Lord, and admit them to gardens of perpetual residence which You have promised them and whoever was righteous among their forefathers, their spouses and their offspring. Indeed, it is You who is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
جَنَّـٰتِ عَدْنٍ مُّفَتَّحَةً لَّهُمُ ٱلْأَبْوَٰبُ
Gardens of perpetual residence, whose doors will be opened to them.
